We are taking great measures to ensure the health of all our patients in the office, but in an effort to better serve our patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are able to provide Tele-medicine, live video or phone interactions with a provider.


To start this process you will need access to a computer with a camera, an iPad or a smart device (iPhone or Android) and an internet connection. You will also need to know your portal user name and password. If you do have portal access our staff can assist with portal set up prior to your tele-health visit. To ensure the best visit possible, please conduct visit in a well-lit, private room. For a smart phone you will be asked to download the app or access your account at, using our practice code JCIACA.


  • To make a tele-medicine appointment or change an existing appointment, call 931-388-8802.

  • After your visit is scheduled, The Medical Group of Columbia will send an email with details explaining how to connect for your electronic visit. It will contain instructions for use of a smart phone (Healow app) or a computer visit (web link), as well as, how to prepare for your visit.

  • Most insurances are covering tele-health visits. Copays and coinsurances may apply and self-pay rates are available.
